The loan application is well designed and very polished. Its also fast and very easy to use. I highly recommend!!!

I have been looking for an app like this for a while, this is the only one I found that will track extra mortgage payments of unique amounts that are non recurring. This app offers the flexibility to let me enter payments exactly as I make them and then summarize my interest and time savings for the lifetime of my loan! I dont have to track this through only excel anymore, I can have this handy at all times.

There is no way to apply an additional payment to multiple monthly payments. For example, to add additional payments onto four years worth of payments in a loan, it would require 48 edits. Or you can add the extra payment option in the calculator screen, but then theres no way to mark a lesser amount paid than the sum of the regular payment plus extra payment for the entire life of the loan, limiting that features usefulness to pre-loan calculations only. I sent an email to the dev requesting additional capability, hopefully he will respond.

This loan calculator is unique in that it lets you track all your payments. I like to pay off my mortgage as early as possible with extra payments whenever I can. This app lets me track how much I pay each time and the affect on the remaining balance so I will know when I will be able to payoff completely!

I spend 99 cents on this app just as I was heading out to negotiate a used car purchase with my wife. When the dealer came back with his counter offer, I immediately whipped out my iPhone and ran the numbers through the calculator and managed to work more than $100 per month off of my payments over a 6 year loan!! For 99 cents, I saved 6 Grand -- and my wife was SO impressed. If you are financing anything, bring this app with you.

This has proved to be very useful. Calculates monthly payments and allows you to try various what if scenarios. I would recomend this to anyone who needs these features.

Very good. Request the addition of a simple commercial style amortization (principal plus interest).

Very handy app for home purchasing as well as tracking extra payments. Now I dont have to solely rely on my mortgage companyt to tell me what I have paid and how much is left!!!

Awesome program - I use it all the time. Wish they would make a HD version for the iPad.

App works OK for a quick payment estimate, but needs a way to enter TAXES and INSURANCE (estimate) to get a realistic "PITI" payment.

Now that I have found several other calculators, I wish I had investigated more before buying this one. It only calculates a loan amount - there are no other calculator functions on this application. You can not do simple math on it.

This is the best loan calc ever. Ive had it since day one but lost it. It took me so many tries of other apps till I found this again.

Only thing that could make this better would be an export function so I could print the information.

There is no down payment !
